  I came expecting the same great food and service I get back home and left disappointed. We waited for 20 minutes for our food and it It wasn't even cooked properly. This is not a place I would ever return to. The staff were incredibly rude and didn't seem to care that we were waiting so long for simple meals. There are plenty of other local options available that have friendlier service and better food.

  Waited 15 - 20 mins for food. I was the only person in the restaurant. very unpleasant staff. When I notified them they had forgot something I was giving attitude in return.

  Overall it was a very disappointing experience. When I go to McDonald's I expect the same service across Canada. This McDonald's was, to say the least, the slowest one I've been to. I would not ever recommend going here, no matter how much you were anticipating the greasy food you expect.

  They have two pickup windows, however, when they are busy they use only one window.

  We came to McDonalds while on vacation, excited for some delicious greasy food. We ordered a few breakfast meals, nothing fancy. We waited between 10-20 minutes for our food.When we got it we found that the bagels were hard and the McMuffins were not toasted. A lady there was waiting over 10 minutes for coffee and only got it when she asked one of the girls at the counter to make it. There was a manager and at least 3 other employees working so it's not like it was understaffed. The staff there seemed like they really didn't care, they didn't apologize to anyone for the slow service, never worked any faster no matter how long the line was or how many people we're waiting for food, and the employees didn't even know to take orders on the cash when people we're waiting.
